PRIMARY INDUSTRY - FISH - OFFENCES - TAKING PROHIBITED TYPE OF FISH

The respondent was found guilty of offences against the Fisheries Management Act 2007 in the Magistrates Court of South Australia. The convictions were appealed to a single Judge of this Court who allowed the appeal and dismissed the complaint. The applicant now seeks permission to appeal to the Full Court of the Supreme Court of South Australia.

Held:

1. Permission to appeal is granted.
