REASONS FOR DECISION

1. This matter came on for hearing before me at Sydney on the 13th day of February 2002. At that hearing, the Applicant did not appear but was represented by her father, Mr Leonard Faure.

1. At the conclusion of the hearing I stated orally what the decision of the Tribunal would be. Following the service upon the Applicant and her agent of the formal decision of the Tribunal, the Applicant by her agent has requested written reasons for the said decision pursuant to section 43(2A) of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975.

1. The reasons for the Tribunal for its decision are accordingly set forth in the paragraph below.

1. At the hearing of this matter, the Applicant's agent conceded that the only dispute with the Respondent was a matter of the semantics of a particular determination. Upon amendment of that wording the agent consented to the decision that was in fact made, namely that the decision under review be affirmed.
