2 Fauna (Open Season) Amendment (No. 1) No. 315, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Fauna (Open Season) Amendment Order (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Amended order 2. The Fauna (Open Season) Order 1991 is amended as set out in this order. ˙ Amendment of s.3 (Open season declared) 3. Section 3— omit ‘ and ending on 31 December 1992 ’, insert — ‘ and ending— (c) in the case of Eastern Grey Kangaroo, Wallaroo and Whiptail Wallaby—on 31 December 1992; and (d) in the case of Red Kangaroo—on 21 October 1992 ’. ˙ Amendment of s.8 (Terms, conditions etc. for taking fauna) 4. Section 8(k)— omit ‘ disposed of before 31 December 1992; and ’, insert — ‘ disposed of— (i) in the case of Eastern Grey Kangaroo, Wallaroo and Whiptail Wallaby—not later than 31 December 1992; and (ii) in the case of Red Kangaroo—not later than 21 October 1992; and ’.
