2 Fauna Conservation (Open Season—Macropods) Amendment (No. 1) No. 407, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Fauna Conservation (Open Season—Macropods) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Amended order 2. The Fauna Conservation (Open Season—Macropods) Order 1992 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Replacement of s.3 (Open season declared) 3. Section 3— omit, insert— ‘Open season declared ‘3. An open season is declared under section 29 of the Actfor the period— (a) in the case of the Eastern Grey Kangaroo, Wallaroo and Whiptail Wallaby—from 1 January 1993 to 31 December 1993; and (b) in the case of Red Kangaroo—from 1 March 1993 to midday, 24 November 1993. ’.
