s1 2 s4 Fauna Conservation Amendment (No. 4) No. 332, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Fauna Conservation Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 1994 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Fauna Conservation Regulation 1989 . ˙ Insertion of new s 26A 3. After section 26— insert— ˙ ‘ Declaration of approved institutions ‘ 26A. For the purposes of section 58B(2) of the Act, the persons and organisations specified in Schedule 8 (Approved Institutions) are declared to be approved institutions.’. ˙ Insertion of new Sch 8 4. After Schedule 7— insert— ‘ SCHEDULE 8 ‘ APPROVED INSTITUTIONS section 26A • Billabong Sanctuary, Bruce Highway, Nome, Townsville • Currumbin Sanctuary, Currumbin Beach, Gold Coast • Dreamworld Productions Pty Ltd, Dreamworld Parkway, Coomera • Forest Glen Deer Sanctuary and Wildlife Park, Tanawah/Forest Glen Tourist Drive, Forest Glen
