s1 2 s5 Fauna Conservation Amendment (No. 2) No. 170, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Fauna Conservation Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1994 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Fauna Conservation Regulation 1989 . ˙ Amendment of s 36C (Where open season applies) 3.(1) Section 36C, after ‘Burnett’— insert— ‘(other than Divisions 1, 2 and 3) 1 ’. (2) Section 36C, ‘Caloundra’— omit. ˙ Amendment of s 36E (Application) 4. Section 36(a)— omit, insert— ‘(a) Stubble quail ( Coturnix pectoralis );’. ˙ Amendment of s 36G (Where open season applies) 5.(1) Section 36G, after ‘Burnett’— insert— ‘(other than Divisions 1, 2 and 3) 1’. 1 These Divisions are shown on map no. LGB 59 edition 1, held by the Deparmtment of Housing, Local Government and Planning. The map or a copy may be inspected at— (a) the office of the Department of Housing, Local Government and Planning at 126 Margaret Street, Brisbane; or (b) the office of the Burnett Shire Council at 9 Barolin Street, Bundaberg.

Section 36K(a)— omit, insert— ‘(a) for Red Deer applies in the Caboolture, Caloundra, Crows Nest, Esk, Kilcoy, Kilkivan, Murgon, Nanango, Rosalie, Tiaro and Woocoo Fauna Districts; and’. ˙ Replacement of ss 36Q–36T 7. Sections 36Q to 36T— omit, insert— ˙ ‘ Where Eastern Grey Kangaroo open season applies ‘ 36Q. The open season for Eastern Grey Kangaroo applies in all districts other than the Albert, Atherton, Aurukun, Brisbane, Cairns, Caloundra, Charters Towers, Cook, Cooloola, Dalby, Douglas, Eacham, Gladstone, Gold Coast, Goondiwindi, Herberton, Hervey Bay, Hinchinbrook, Ipswich, Johnstone, Logan, Mackay, Mareeba, Maroochy, Maryborough, Mornington, Mulgrave, Nebo, Noosa, Pine Rivers, Redcliffe, Redland, Rockhampton, Roma, Thuringowa, Toowoomba, Torres, Townsville, Warwick and Whitsunday Fauna Districts. ˙ ‘ Where Wallaroo open season applies ‘ 36R.
