483 ANNO VICESIMO OCTAVO ELIZABETHAE SECUNDAE REGINAE No. 47 of 1979 An Act to amend the Fauna ConservationAct 1974-1976 in a certain particular [ ASSENTED TO 2ND NOVEMBER, 1979] BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. Short title and citation . (1) This Act may be cited as the Fauna Conservation Act Amendment Act 1979. (2) The Fauna Conservation Act 1974- 1976 as amended by this Act may be cited as the Fauna ConservationAct1974-1979.
