AN ACT to Continue the Operation of the

Farmers' Debts Adjustment Act, 1930-1949.

[Assented to 20th November, 1951.]

RE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative

Assembly of Western Australia, in this present

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the

same, as follows:—

Short title.	1. This Act may be cited as the Farmers' Debts Adjustment Act Amendment (Continuance) Act, 1951, and shall be read as one with the Farmers' Debts Adjustment Act, 1930-1947 (as reprinted in the appendix to the Sessional Volume of Statutes, 1935, and amended by Acts Nos. 16 of 1937, 34 of 1940, 11 of 1943, 58 of 1946, 34 of 1947 and 16 of 1949), referred to in this Act as the principal Act.

Citation of 2. The principal Act, as amended by this Act,

as amended may be cited as the Farmers' Debts Adjustment

by this Act.

Amendment

of s. 19. 3. Section nineteen of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the word, "fifty-two" in line two, the word, "fifty-seven".
