AN ACT to continue the operation of the Farmers'

Debts Adjustment Act, 1930-1947.

[Assented to 24th September, 1949.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Farmers' Debts Short title.

Adjustment Act Amendment (Continuance) Act, 1949, and shall be read as one with the Farmers' Debts Adjustment Act, 1930-1947 (as reprinted in the appendix to the Sessional Volume of Statutes, 1935, and amended by Acts Nos. 16 of 1937, 34 of 1940, 11 of 1943, 58 of 1946, and 34 of 1947), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.
