AN ACT to continue the operation of the Farmers'

Debts Adjustment Act, 1930-1943.

[Assented to 24th January, 1947.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1. This Act may be cited as the Farmers' Debts Short title. cf. No. 11 of

Adjustment Act Amendment Act, 1946, and shall be read	1943, s. 3.
as one with the Farmers' Debts Adjustment Act, 1930- 1943 (No. 49 of 1930, as reprinted in the Appendix to the Sessional Volume of Statutes for the year 1935 and amended by the Act No. 11 of 1943), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2.    Section nineteen of the principal Act is amended by Amendment of

deleting the word "forty-seven" and inserting in lieu "9'

thereof the word "forty-eight."

3.    The principal Act as amended by this Act may be citation of

cited as the Farmers' Debts Adjustment Act, 1930-1946. principal
