Application to terminate the Egg Processing Award 2002.
[1] On 29 July 2011, Farm Pride Foods Limited made an application for Fair Work Australia (FWA) to terminate the enterprise instrument known as the Egg Processing Award 2002 (AP818013) (the Award). The application was made pursuant to Schedule 6, Part 2, Division 2, Item 5 of the Fair Work (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 2009 (the Transitional Act).
[2] I have considered the factors in Schedule 6, Part 2, Division 2, Item 5(4) of the Transitional Act.
[3] The application is granted and the Award is terminated. The termination shall operate from 30 August 2011.
