1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Farm Household Support Amendment Regulations 2006 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

1. Amendment of Farm Household Support Regulations 1993

Schedule 1 amends the Farm Household Support Regulations 1993.

1. Exceptional circumstances relief payment — closing date (Act s 24A)

For paragraph 24A (4) (b) of the Act, the closing day is 30 June 2008.
