Made under the Family Violence Legislation Reform Act 2024 section 2(d) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Family Violence Legislation Reform Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation (No. 2) 2024.

2.Commencement

The following provisions of the Family Violence Legislation Reform Act 2024 come into operation on 18 December 2024 —

  • (a)

    Part 2;

  • (b)

    Part 3;

  • (c)

    sections 43 to 45;

  • (d)

    Part 8 (other than section 57(1) and (2));

  • (e)

    Part 9.
