I, PHILIP MAXWELL RUDDOCK, Attorney-General, acting under subregulation 30 (1) of the Family Law (Superannuation) Regulations 2001, approve the age of 60 years as the retirement age for all members of the eligible superannuation plan established by Trust Deed dated 11 June 1974 known as the S.A. Metropolitan Fire Service Superannuation Fund.
