Family Law (Superannuation) (Provision of Information — Woolworths Group Superannuation Scheme) Determination 2005
Family Law (Superannuation) Regulations 2001
I, PHILIP RUDDOCK, Attorney-General, acting under subregulation 63 (6A) of the Family Law (Superannuation) Regulations 2001 (the Regulations), and having given my approval under regulation 38 of the Regulations, in relation to a superannuation interest in the Woolworths Group Superannuation Scheme (the Scheme), established by Trust Deed dated 12 March 1970, as amended and in force on the commencement of this Determination (see Part 116 of Schedule 10 to the Family Law (Superannuation) (Methods and Factors for Valuing Particular Superannuation Interests) Approval 2003) (the Approval)) determine that:
(a) the trustee of the Scheme is not required to provide the information about the interest mentioned in any of paragraphs 63 (4A) (aa) to (g) and (i) of the Regulations; and
(b) the trustee of the Scheme must provide the information about the interest that is mentioned in the definitions of the factors A and V in item 1 of the table in clause 2 of Part 116 of Schedule 10 to the Approval.
