This determination is the Family Law (Superannuation) (Provision of Information—SA Local Government Superannuation Scheme) Amendment Determination 2012 (No. 1).

  1. Commencement

This determination commences on 1 July 2012.

  1. Amendment of Family Law (Superannuation) (Provision of Information—SA Local Government Superannuation Scheme) Determination 2003

Schedule 1 amends the Family Law (Superannuation) (Provision
of Information—SA Local Government Superannuation Scheme) Determination 2003
.

Schedule 1        Amendments

(section 3)

[1]           Section 3, definition of Rules

substitute

Rules means the rules set out in Division 9 of the trust deed.

[2]           Section 3, definition of SA Local Government Superannuation Scheme

omit

subclause 3 (1) of Schedule 1 to the Local Government Act 1999 (SA).

insert

paragraph 2 (1) (b) of Schedule 1 to the Local Government (Superannuation Scheme) Amendment Act 2008 of South Australia.

[3]           Section 3

insert

trust deed means the declaration of trust dated 1 May 1986, made by Statewide Superannuation Pty Ltd, as amended and in force on 1 July 2012.
