Family Law Rules 2(Amendment)

WE, Judges within the meaning of the Family Law Act 1975, make the following Rules of Court under that Act.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Rules commence on 19 February 1996.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Family Law Rules are amended as set out in these Rules.

3.   Schedule 2, Part 1 (Costs for work done)

3.1   Omit the Part, substitute:

 

“PART 1—COSTS FOR WORK DONE

$5.50 for the first page $2.30 for each subsequent page

[NOTE:   STD and ISD transmission fees may be claimed as a disbursement properly incurred.]

4.   Schedule 2, Part 2 (Counsel’s fees)

4.1   Omit the Part, substitute:
