Family Law Rules2 (Amendment)

WE, Judges within the meaning of section 123 of the Family Law Act 1975,hereby make the following Rule of Court under that Act.

Procedure on application for review

Subrule 7 (4) of Order 36a of the Family Law Rules is amended:

(a) by inserting “or a Registrar” after “a Judicial Registrar”;

(b) by inserting “or Registrar” after “the Judicial Registrar” (wherever occurring).
