Family Law Rules2 (Amendment)

WE, Judges within the meaning of the Family Law Act 1975, make the following Rules of Court under that Act.

    imprisonment for up to 12 months;

    a fine of up to $6,000 for a natural person or $30,000 for a body corporate;

    detention and community service orders;

  • (d)

    sequestration of property;

  • (e)

    an order of compensatory access under section 112AJ of the Act .".

8.22 Form 49:

Add at the end:

"NOTE: A finding that you have contravened an order could result in any of the following:
