2.1 The Family Law Rules are amended as set out in these Rules.

4.1 The amendments effected by rule 3 apply to work done and services performed on or after 1 June 1994.
4.2 The Schedule repealed by rule 3 continues to apply, despite its repeal, to work done and services performed on or after 1 May 1993 and before 1 June 1994.
