Family Law Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, T H E GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Family Law Act 1975.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 4 October 1982.

Fee in respect of proceedings for divorce or nullity

2. Regulation 34A of the Family Law Regulations is amended by omitting

from sub-regulation (1) "$100" and substituting "$125".

Fee in respect of appeals

3. Regulation 120A of the Family Law Regulations is amended by omitting

from sub-regulation (1) "$ 150" and substituting "$ 190".
