(Amendment)
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice
of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under
the Family Law Act 1975.

Commencement
1. These Regulations shall
come into operation on 1 August 1985.
Fee in respect of
proceedings for divorce or nullity
2. Regulation 11 of the
Family Law Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1) “$125”
and substituting “$200”.
Fee in respect of
appeals
3. Regulation 16 of the
Family Law Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1) “$190”
and substituting “$300”.
Prescribed laws for
purposes of sub-sections 114ab (1)
and (2) of the Act
4. Regulation 19 of the
Family Law Regulations is amended by adding at the end the following paragraph:
“;
(e) sections 106a, 106b, 106c,
106d, 106e and 106f of
the Justices Act 1959 of the State of
Tasmania”.
Authorized
persons—functions
5. Regulation 47 of the
Family Law Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1) “46 (2)”
and substituting “46 (3)”.
