Family Law Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Family Law Act 1975.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on 1 July 1989.

Fee in respect of proceedings for divorce or nullity

2. Regulation 11 of the Family Law Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (1) “$240” and substituting “$300”.

Fee in respect of appeals

3. Regulation 16 of the Family Law Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (1) “$360” and substituting “$500”.
