Family Law Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Family Law Act 1975.

Prescribed laws for the purposes of subsections 114ab (1) and (2) of the Act

Regulation 19 of the Family Law Regulations is amended by inserting after paragraph (b) the following paragraph:

“(ba) the Peace and Good Behaviour Act 1982 of the State of Queensland;”.
