Family Law Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Family Law Act 1975.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on 1 December 1989.

Repeal of Part V

2. Part V of the Family Law Regulations is repealed.

Application

3. In spite of the repeal of Part V of the Family Law Regulations, that Part continues to apply to work done by a solicitor in a matter that was referred to the solicitor before 1 December 1989.
