Family Law (Child Abduction Convention) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Family Law Act 1975.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Family Law (Child Abduction Convention) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.]

2.   Schedule 2 (Convention countries)

2.1   Item 32:

Omit “Article 24 and”.

2.2   Add at the end:

“33	Finland	1 August 1994	Article 24 Article 26, third paragraph
34	Chile	1 November 1994
35	Slovenia	1 November 1994”.
