We, Judges within the meaning of the Family Law Act 1975, make the following Rules of Court under that Act.

  1. Name of Rules

These Rules are the Family Law Amendment Rules 2007 (No. 3).

  1. Commencement

These Rules commence on the day after they are registered.

  1. Amendment of Family Law Rules 2004

Schedule 1 amends the Family Law Rules 2004.
