Name of Rules

These Rules are the Family Law Amendment Rules 2005 (No. 3).

Commencement

These Rules commence as follows:

(a)on 1 December 2005 — rules 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;

(b)on 1 February 2006 — Schedule 2.

Amendment of Family Law Rules 2004
