We, Judges within the meaning of the Family Law Act 1975, make the following Rules of Court under that Act.

 These Rules are the Family Law Amendment Rules 2002 (No. 3).

2Commencement

 These Rules commence on gazettal.

3Amendment of Family Law Rules 1984
