We, Judges within the meaning of the Family Law Act 1975, make the following Rules of Court under that Act.

 These Rules are the Family Law Amendment Rules 2001 (No. 4).

2Commencement

 These Rules commence on 1 October 2001.

3Amendment of Family Law Rules 1984
