  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Family Law Amendment Regulations 2007 (No. 2).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the commencement of subsection 69ZX (4) of the Act.

  1. Amendment of Family Law Regulations 1984

Schedule 1 amends the Family Law Regulations 1984.

For paragraph 69ZX (4) (b) of the Act, each law mentioned in an item in Schedule 9A, being a law of the State or Territory mentioned in the item, is prescribed.
