 These Regulations are the Family Law Amendment Regulations 2000 (No. 1).

 These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3Amendment of Family Law Regulations 1984

Schedule 1 amends the Family Law Regulations 1984.

The following subparagraphs are amended by omitting ‘AUSTUDY within the meaning of the AUSTUDY Regulations’ and inserting ‘a youth allowance, or an austudy payment, within the meaning of the Social Security Act 1991’:
