Family Law Act 1975

I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 40 (2) of the Family Law Act 1975, fix 21 October 2011 as the date on and after which the jurisdiction of the Family Court under paragraph 93A (1) (aa) of the Act may be exercised in respect of appeals from proceedings in Western Australia under subsection 94AAA (1A) of the Act.
