Made by the Judges of the Family Court of Western Australia pursuant to section 88A

Citation

1.     These rules may be cited as the Family Court of Western Australia

Amendment Rules 1993.

Rule 5 amended

2.     Rule 5 of the Family Court of Western Australia Rules 1988* is amended

in subrule (3) by deleting "and the next following working day".
