Made under the Family Court Amendment (Commonwealth Reforms) Act 2024 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Family Court Amendment (Commonwealth Reforms) Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation 2025.

2.Commencement

The Family Court Amendment (Commonwealth Reforms) Act 2024, other than Part 1, comes into operation on 10 February 2025.
