1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 9).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	Lot 1, DP 29449, 400 Cabramatta Road West, Cabramatta,
(b)	Lot 5, DP 22203, 21 Phelps Street, Canley Vale,
(c)	Lot 10, DP 515019 and Lot 3, DP 210350, 99 and 115 Meadows Road, Mt Pritchard,
(d)	part of Lot 1, DP 1079685, 80–84 Brisbane Road, St Johns Park,
(e)	part of Lot 129, DP 259188, 34 Homebush Street, St Johns Park,
(f)	Smithfield Library, 51–57 Oxford Street, Smithfield,
(g)	the southern side of Smithfield Road, between Polding Street and Prospect Creek, Smithfield,
(h)	Villawood Railway Station group, 19 Villawood Road, Villawood.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
