The following local environmental plan is made by the local plan-making authority under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 30).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lots 34 and 35, DP 456221, 17–23 Longfield Street, Cabramatta.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.

5      Amendment of Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 2013

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert at the end of the Schedule, with appropriate clause numbering:

Use of certain land at 17–23 Longfield Street, Cabramatta

(1)

This clause applies to land identified as “24” on the Key Sites Map.

(2)

Development for the purposes of a recreation facility (indoor) and take away food and drink premises is permitted with development consent.

(3)

Despite subclause (2), development for the purposes of neighbourhood

shops and take away food and drink premises is permitted only if the

combined gross floor area of the development does not exceed 160m2.
