1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 21).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Fairfield Heights:

(a)	147–153 Polding Street, being Lots A–D, DP 20450,
(b)	1–9 Bodalla Street, being Lots E–I, DP 20450.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.

5      Amendment of Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 2013

Clause 4.4A Exceptions to maximum floor space ratio in Zone R4

Omit “and Canley Vale” from clause 4.4A (1).

Insert instead “, Canley Vale and Fairfield Heights”.
