1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 18).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the land at Dutton Lane, Cabramatta, known as Dutton Lane Car Park, being Lots 3, 4, 5 and 8, DP 1201667, Lots 1 and 2, DP 570243, Lot 2, DP 548450 and Lot 2, DP 549499.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.

5      Amendment of Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 2013

Clause 7.3 Cabramatta—height of buildings

Omit clause 7.3 (5). Insert instead:

(5) The height of a building on land identified as “Cabramatta—Area D” on the Town Centre Precinct Map must not exceed 10 metres unless the part of the building that exceeds a height of 10 metres is used for the purpose of public car parking.
