1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 15).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to 13–21 Rossetti Street, Wetherill Park, being Lot 5, DP 714281.

4      Amendment of Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 2013

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert after clause 17:

17A	Use of certain land at 13–21 Rossetti Street, Wetherill Park
(1) This clause applies to 13–21 Rossetti Street, Wetherill Park, being Lot 5, DP 714281. (2) Development for the purposes of multi dwelling housing and residential flat buildings is permitted with development consent.
