1      Name of plan

This plan is Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 1994 (Amendment

No 97).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to add certain properties as heritage items in

Schedule 4 to Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 1994.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to following land in the City of Fairfield, being:
