(Amendment No 69)

1 Name of plan

This plan is Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 1994 (Amendment

No 69).

2 Aims of plan

This plan aims to allow, with the consent of Fairfield City Council, the carrying out of development for the purpose of multi-unit housing (restricted to a maximum of 4 dwellings) on the land to which this plan applies.

3 Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to Lot 1, DP 827778, and known as Nos 27–31

Mallacoota Street, St Johns Park.

4 Amendment of Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 1994

Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 1994 is amended by inserting at

the end of Schedule 2 the following words:

Lot 1, DP 827778,

27–31 Mallacoota Street, St Johns Park:

Multi-unit housing, restricted to a maximum of 4 dwellings.
