(Amendment No 67)

1 Name of plan

This plan is Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 1994 (Amendment

No 67).

2 Aims of plan

This plan aims to rezone the land to which this plan applies from partly Zone 4 (a) General Industrial and partly Zone 5 (c) Special Uses—Sub Arterial Road and Sub Arterial Road Widening to Zone 4 (c) Special Industrial under Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 1994.

3 Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to parts of Nos 682, 702 and 708 Woodville Road, Guildford, being part of Lot 50, DP 623960, part of Lot C, DP 389503 and part of Lot 103, DP 1011424, respectively, as shown by distinctive colouring and lettered “4 (c)” on the map marked “Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 1994 (Amendment No 67)” deposited in the office of the Fairfield City Council.

4 Amendment of Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 1994

Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 1994 is amended by inserting in appropriate order in the definition of Map in the Dictionary the following words:
