1 Name of plan

This plan is Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 1994 (Amendment

No 66).

2 Aims of plan

This plan aims to rezone the land to which this plan applies from Private Recreation to Residential under Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 1994.

3 Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to land known as 60 Market Street and 110B Victoria Street, Smithfield, being Lots 1 and 2, DP 1010597, respectively, as shown by distinctive colouring on the map marked “Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 1994 (Amendment No 66)” deposited in the office of Fairfield City Council.

4 Amendment of Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 1994

Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 1994 is amended by inserting in appropriate order in the definition of Map in the Dictionary the following words:
