This Plan is Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 1994 (Amendment

No 130).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lots A and B, DP 344784, 190 Canley Vale Road, Canley Heights, as shown distinctively coloured and lettered “3 (c)” on the map marked “Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 1994 (Amendment No 130)” deposited in the office of Fairfield City Council.
