1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 1994 (Amendment

No 127).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lots 1 and 2, DP 983633, Lots 3 and 4, Section 2, DP 1625 and Lot C, DP 393562 at 634A–640 Woodville Road, Old Guildford, as shown distinctively coloured and lettered “4 (c)” on the map marked “Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 1994 (Amendment No 127)” deposited in the office of Fairfield City Council.
