Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 1994 (Amendment

No 125).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to all land within Zone 4 (a) General Industrial under

Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 1994.

4 Amendment of Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 1994

(1) Clause 5 How are terms defined in this plan?

Omit “appearing in the Dictionary” from clause 5 (1).

Insert instead “in this plan are provided for guidance and”.

(2)	Clause 25J
Insert after clause 25I:
25J Timber and building supplies on land within Zone 4 (a)

(1)

This clause applies to land within Zone 4 (a) General

Industrial.

(2)

Despite the other provisions of this plan, development for the purposes of timber and building supplies may be carried out with development consent on land to which this clause applies.

(3)

In this clause, timber and building supplies means a building or place used for the display, sale (whether by retail or wholesale) or hire of goods or materials that are used in the construction and maintenance of buildings.
