1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 1994 (Amendment

No 124).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to:

(a)	Lot 43, Section 24, DP 489, being part of the Percy Street Reserve, Percy Street, Fairfield Heights, and
(b)	Lot 48, Section 24, DP 489, being part of 37 Percy Street, Fairfield Heights,

as shown distinctively coloured, edged heavy black and identified as “6 (a)” and “2 (a)”, respectively, on the map marked “Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 1994 (Amendment No 124)” deposited in the office of Fairfield City Council.
