2. Within fourteen (14) days (that is 15 June 2004) the appellant engage a valuer with a view to having this matter dealt with in the July/August sittings of the Land Court at Clermont, Blackwater or Barcaldine and to notify the Court accordingly.
3. After a further twenty-one (21) days (that is 6 July 2004) for that valuer to have conferred with the departmental valuer and advise the Court whether settlement has been reached or hearing is to proceed.
4. Failure to meet the above conditions will result in this matter being set down for hearing at the discretion of the Court.
