1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Fair Work (General) (Declared Employer) Amendment Regulations 2022.

2—Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which they are made.

Part 2—Amendment of Fair Work (General) Regulations 2009

3—Amendment of regulation 4—Declared employer for public employees

Regulation 4—delete "Department of Treasury and Finance" and substitute:
